"Refund took a little while, but it was fine"
I ended up canceling my order because I realized I didn’t really need it at the moment. The refund didn’t show up right away, I was a little unsure at first, but support got back to me and explained what was happening.
It took a few days, then the money came back, so it wasn’t a huge issue. I’m giving one less star because I did have to check in once, but overall it was handled fairly.

"Paperwork went through, but the process was just alright"
My documents were accepted, so in the end it did what I needed it to do. As someone who likes things to be straightforward, I did find a few steps a bit confusing and ended up checking my emails more than once to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. The site worked fine overall, but I wouldn’t say the experience was especially smooth. Not bad, not amazing, just got the job done.
